V9000-D

SPECIFICATION – V9000 Suite – Alumnium Louvre Systems – Mono Skin Louvre System Fixed MSLS-F

• This system is able to provide a range of blades sizes fixed at the required angle for the desire opening, either within a full four sided frame or a top / bottom spacing or side mounted aluminium frame member.
• Available Mono Skin Blade sizes include one piece 200mm and 300mm blades, the two piece 600mm and the three piece 900mm blade and are able to be installed as an awning, vertical, either on the face or over an opening and horizontal to the face of the wall, horizontally over an opening or in an awning format.
• The system can be provided with a rear mounted, complete four sided or two sided frame inside an extruded aluminium frame using the 100mm x 40mm or the 150mm x 80mm framing system when there is no existing fixing points for the louvres.
• The frames are assembled with stainless steel fixings and allow the louvres to be installed inside a recess, to the outside of the structure or over the top of an opening at a blade angle offering the ideal shading and privacy options.
• When installing the MSLS-F system into an existing structure there are a range of edge attaching fixing plates and various end plates, which allow the blades to be attached to the building. These edge or end plates are machined on our CNC machining centre from aluminium sheet and allows the development of custom bracket designs.
• With a wide range of rear attaching concealed bracket designs available, the V9000 system enables the use of a full range of louvres to be attached to existing structural members.
• Inside the frame, the blades can be positioned to provide the optimum blade angle and spacing required. The concealed fixings are machined into the frame, attached from the rear and the blades attached using stainless steel fixings.
• The fixed louvres can be installed inside a recess, to the face of the wall using angle brackets from our wide range of sizes or can be attached to a tracking system to slide.
• The frames can also be cantilevered off the wall using a suitable wall bracket, a flat bar stay or a suspension rod brace from the V9000 range.
• The louvres can also be suspended on a wall, over a structure or under an existing structure using an extruded aluminium ‘T’ section that is attached to the building. The ‘T’ section is machined with 6mm holes at the required angle and spacing to take a rear attaching concealed cup type brackets.
• This louvre is able to be spaced and angled to your required shading or screening needs, attached into dual pre drilled holes using 6mm stainless steel bolts.
• The selected blade is inserted into a range of our edge attaching brackets or stay brackets and secured with stainless steel fixings. The blade ends are covered with a 3mm thick aluminium end cap, held in place with 3mm stainless steel fixings.
• When the blades are required to run vertically down the wall, we attach a structural aluminium angle or channel, which is normally fixed to the slab edge, into which we have machined the selected blade brackets, fixing points at the required angle.
• The blade is attached with an extruded blade bracket through the angle using an 8mm stainless steel bolt to the section attached to the slab edge.
• To the horizontal fixing angle we machine a range of fixing holes to enable the angle to be fixed to either the wall or the slab edge.
• Aluminium shall be extruded to Australian Standards AS1866:1997.
• Aluminium sections shall be powder coated to AS3715-2002.
• Aluminium sections shall be anodised to AS1231-2000 and complies with corrosion resistance as per AS1580.457.1.
• All fixings, bolts, screws and pivots are manufactured from stainless steel.
• All plastic parts are manufactured from UV resistant HDPP (High Density Polypropylene) or similar.
