SPECIFICATION – V1000 Suite – Mono Skin Fixed Louvre Systems – Fixed Privacy Screen System – FPSS

• The screen shall be produced in panels which will consist of one of the five desired blade types which are installed within the extruded aluminium frame at a pitch to provide the ideal shading requirement for the application.
• The 90mm extruded aluminium Aerofoil blade; 90mm extruded aluminium Half Aerofoil blade; 90mm x 20mm extruded aluminium Batten blade; 90mm x 20mm extruded aluminium Half Batten blade; 98mm extruded aluminium ‘S’ shaped blade to be spaced at the desired distance to provide the optimum shading solution.
• The blades are designed with integrated concealed screw flutes which allow the blades to be attached to the “I” shaped stile which includes both a rear located spline groove to allow for insect screen and a concealed stepped side channel to hide the 25 x4 mm stainless steel screw.
• The top and bottom cross members are ‘L’ shaped and include a self draining base which allow water to drain out of the panel and a rear spline channel to allow for the insect screen and is attached with a 25 x 4mm stainless steel concealed fixing through the stiles.
• The panels are able to accommodate the blades in either vertical or horizontal orientation and fit into a recess with the 70 x 35mm ‘U’ side channel and/or the 38 x 70mm ‘H’ joining channel.
• When the panels are face fixed, they are able to be fitted to our range of 10mm thick heavy duty aluminium angle brackets which have a range of projections.
• Aluminium shall be extruded to Australian Standards AS1866:1997.
• Aluminum sections shall be powder coated to AS3715-2002.
• Aluminum sections shall be anodised to AS1231-2000 and complies with corrosion resistance as per AS1580.457.1.
• All fixings, bolts, screws and pivots are manufactured from Stainless Steel.
• All plastic parts are manufactured from UV resistant HDPP (High Density Polypropylene) or similar
